Just a pie

I know this is a silly post but I just made my first pie from scratch- crust and everything- and since no one is here to appreciate this accomplishment, I figured I'd post a picture:
Doesn't it look delicious? I'm bringing it to work tomorrow so hopefully it is. I followed the recipe Lyndsey posted on her blog. (Yes, I'm a copy cat).

    Yummy! I need to try making a pie...my mom's are just so good I haven't tried because I know they won't compare unless I practice alot. Practicing pie-making is a little too costly to my waistline right now :) Hope your coworkers appreciated the tasty treat!
